A brand-new home for your flows, a gallery full of templates, a pile of authoring niceties – and now your flows can read and write dimensions too. 🗂️✨

Features​

  • Organize your flows in the new Flow Workspace: a per-company folder tree with drag-to-file, a searchable list with status and last-run drill-down, and a read-only flow preview – with resizable panes that remember your layout (CHN-406)
  • Browse and manage templates in a new full-page Template Gallery: card view with search and favorites, mark your own templates Public or Private to publish them to your organization, filter to just your own – and using a template now counts toward its popularity (CHN-404)
  • The interactive "When a document is modified" trigger is now "When a record is modified" and also watches Customers, Vendors, Items, Contacts, and subscription contracts (CHN-408)
  • New "Add Item Tracking" action assigns a serial, lot, or package number to a sales or purchase line, drop-shipment lines included (CHN-409)
  • Find Records can now sort by a key you pick, with an Ascending/Descending toggle (CHN-403)
  • Build filters visually with the new SmartFilter builder, available via assist-edit on the Decision, While-loop, and Find Records filter fields (CHN-401)
  • Author SmartFields more easily: the picker splits into "Select a field" and "Create a reference" with inline editing, and the Set page auto-fills captions and lets you edit the field and caption in place (CHN-397)
  • Renaming a SmartField now rewrites every {{placeholder}} that uses it across the draft flow, nested references included (CHN-398)
  • Copy a run of steps in one go: Shift-click to select a contiguous block and paste it as a unit, with internal SmartField references re-wired to the new steps automatically (CHN-399)
  • Trigger and action config pages now auto-generate a clean description and slug from your settings, keep them in sync until you edit them, and offer a Reset (CHN-405)
  • Activation now confirms with a quiet notification instead of opening the Get-started page (CHN-400)
  • Read and write record dimensions with two new steps: Set Dimension Values applies the dimensions you list – with legal-value validation and Global/Shortcut dimension sync – and Get Dimensions exposes each dimension's value and name as outputs for later steps (CHN-411)
